Summer body vibes with Skinny Coffee Club day 1 / 28

Hi, girls, it is not summer yet, but if you want a summer body, you should start way before the summer. And that is what I did. I got some help from the skinny coffee club. Let me tell you more about them.

Skinny Coffee Club & me

I have tried skinny coffee club now for 28 days and I have to say, I’m impressed. I have lost 3 kilos, got more energy during the gym and I feel great. But I already gained weight thanks to the gym, haha, so at the end I have lost 2 kilos.  And you properly know muscles are heavier than fat.

Day 1 till day 28

In the pictures above you can see me at day 1 and at day 28. I’m happy with the result, but I need more results till I’m happy with my summer body. Lucky me, I have approximately 4 more months to go. On the first picture, day 1, you see me wearing a Calvin Klein sports bra and at the second picture, day 28, you see me wearing a bikini of Elsa & Rose. The taste is okay, I’m not a coffee lover, but this is a coffee I can handle pretty good. You have to boil water, put 1 teaspoon in a tea infuser and let is stay 5 minutes. After that, you can drink it. I always make my breakfast while I wait and when the coffee is ready you need to drink it before you eat anything.


Overnight oats with Skinny Coffee Club Oats pancakes with Skinny Coffee Club

Here you can see my two favorite breakfasts, overnight oats: 200 ml almond milk, 130 grams of oats, 1 banana. Put it in the refrigerator for the night, take how much you like and add whatever you like. Oats pancakes: 1 egg, 1 banana, 40 grams of oats, 1 tablespoon baking powder. Bake this and add some fruit.
