Drinking much is so important and it can help you lose some weight. If you want to lose some weight by drinking you have to make sure you drink 2 liters a day. I will tell you everything about it and how you can motivate yourself to drink more.
How your body works
When you don’t drink enough your body saves liquid so it can remove the waste out of your body. When your body starts saving liquid you gain weight. When you start drinking more water and other liquids you will pee more, but this is the saved liquid and waste. The longer you will do this the more weight you lose because you will pee the saved liquid. This is a process of weeks, maybe months and you have to drink every single day 2 liters.
How to do it?
Drinking 2 liters is very hard, but by downloading an app it is very easy to see how much you already drank a day. I use an app named Waterlogged which you can download in the Play Store and in the App Store. You have to log every glass of water you drink and the app tells you how much you have to drink to get the 2 liters. If you want more than just logging you can buy a function which gives you a notification that tells you, you need to drink a glass of water.
Me and drinking enough
I still have problems with drinking enough and I start using the app Waterlogged now. For me, this is a great motivation to drink more water. Last summer I ended up in the hospital because I hadn’t enough liquid in my body. But I still don’t drink enough. Since I logged my water in the app it is for me easier to drink more, because I see how much I have drunk that day and I know what I have to drink to reach the goal.
