It is not summer yet, but if you want a summer body, you should start way before the summer. And that is what I did. I got some help from the skinny coffee club. Let me tell you more about them.

I have tried skinny coffee club now for 28 days and I have to say, I’m impressed. I have lost 3 kilos, got more energy during the gym and I feel great. But I already gained weight thanks to the gym, haha, so at the end I have lost 2 kilos. And you properly know muscles are heavier than fat.
In the pictures above you can see me at day 1 and at day 28. I’m happy with the result, but I need more results till I’m happy with my summer body. Lucky me, I have approximately 4 more months to go. The taste is okay, I’m not a coffee lover, but this is a coffee I can handle pretty good. You have to boil water, put 1 teaspoon in a tea infuser and let is stay 5 minutes. After that, you can drink it. I always make my breakfast while I wait and when the coffee is ready you need to drink it before you eat anything.
Here you can see my two favorite breakfasts, overnight oats: 200 ml almond milk, 130 grams of oats, 1 banana. Put it in the refrigerator for the night, take how much you like and add whatever you like. Oats pancakes: 1 egg, 1 banana, 40 grams of oats, 1 tablespoon baking powder. Bake this and add some fruit.
