Don’t we all love food very much? Well, I do! Not every kind of food is good for you and your skin, like I told you before, click here to read that. But there are foods which are making you more beautiful. Sounds amazing right.

Dark chocolate and cacao powder

1. Water

Water is very important for a healthy skin. It helps to get rid of toxins in your body and a makes your skin looks healthy. By drinking much water, you increase dark spots around your eyes and you prevent yourself of wrinkles. It is the best to drink 8 glasses of water or herbal tea.

The best start of the day is water with half a citron which helps you to detox.

2. Green tea

For the best result of a healthy body, you have to drink at least one cup of green tea a day.

3. Avocado

Avocado contains very much great things which are good for your body. It is one of the best things to eat in the world. It contains many fats, that is why people think it makes you fat, but an avocado helps you lose weight. You need these fats to keep your skin strong.

4. Tomatoes

A tomato contains many vitamins, to get the most of the vitamins, you have to heat the tomato. Lycopene is the thing which makes you beautiful.

5. Blueberries

Blueberries have very much anti-oxidants in it, which helps you prevent getting old. If you want to stay young in your skin, eat it very much.

6. Kiwis

Kiwis are super healthy, they contain more vitamin C than most other fruits which helps you to get a resistance. Great for the winter.

7. Goji berries

This food is a superfood for a reason because they contain very much anti-oxidants. When you compare an orange and goji berries, goji berries have 500 times the amount of vitamin C in it.

8. Dark chocolate and cacao powder

Cacao has the most amount of anti-oxidants of all the food in the world. You need to eat chocolate with at least 70% cacao in it. Raw cacao is the best because it is not heathen and that is why it still has all the great things.

Oats contain good carbs which give you much energy, which helps you burn fat and built muscles.

Chia seed is a superfood with less taste and that is why you can easily add it to your bakings. It is a great seed because of the amount of omega-3.

Chia pudding is one of the most disgusting things I have ever eat, you can better mix it with oats or something with more taste.

15. Flaxseed

It contains many fibers which are good for your body. You have to eat like 1 tablespoon a day.
