9 Steps about my daily face rinse

Hi girls, it is very important to rinse your skin twice a day. When I was younger I didn’t realize this and that was the reason I had much acne of my face. With daily rinsing my face I get rid of the acne and my face started looking better. In this article, you’ll read how I do my daily face rinse.

My morning face rinse

There is a difference in the morning and evening rinse, I start with the morning rinsing. In the following steps, I explain how I rinse my face.

Step 1: Rinse your face with water and dry it with a soft towel

The water is to remove some dirt from your face and the soft towel is because the skin on your face is very vulnerable. Using hot water is the best because it opens your pores. Which makes it easier to remove the dirt of your skin.

Step 2: Rinse with cleansing milk (I use Ziaja’s, Aloë Vera)

Apply with massage moves the cleansing milk on your face and remove it with a cotton. I already wrote a post about this product, click here to read everything about it. I use this to remove dirt from my skin

Step 3: Rinse with tonic (I use Ziaja’s, Aloë Vera)

Put some tonic on a cotton and apply it all over your face. Read more about this product on the link above. Tonic is specially made to remove the cleansing milk which is still on your skin and to correct the PH value of your skin.

Step 4: Apply a day cream (I use Collistar Moisturizing sorbet cream strawberry)

A day creme makes your skin softer and gives it a natural look. The day creme is used is specially made for people with red places on their skin, after using this creme for a longer time, I got less of this places in my face and my skin feels very soft. I also love the strawberry flavor in this cream. It is sweet but lovely.

Step 5: Apply a sunblock specially made for you face

When the day creme is on your skin apply some sun block on your face. Also in the winter, this because the sun makes your skin look older (and when you start at a young age, you have the profit later). And a sunburn is not what we want. I have this sun block from Lancaster because there is no oil in it and the creme is very good.

My evening face rinse

Step 1: Remove the makeup of your skin (I use Nivea waterproof milk)

Removing makeup of the skin is the most important thing to do in the evening because sleeping with makeup on your face is very bad. I use a milk from Nivea because my skin doesn’t removers on oil base. I remove my eye makeup with this and the makeup on the rest of my skin.

Step 2: Rinse with water, hot and cold

After I removed my makeup I take a shower, but if you don’t have time for a shower, put some water on your face. I remove all the makeup remover from my face. I start with hot water to open my pores and I finish with cold water in my face to close my pores.

Step 3: Apply cleansing milk and toner

Read step 2 and 3 for the morning cleaning for the details, because they are the same.

Step 4: Apply a night creme

To treat your skin apply a night creme. I have a day and night creme in one so I use the same tube. But there is a difference in a day and night creme. If you only have a day creme, go to the store to buy a 2 in 1 or a night creme, because that is better than using a day creme in the night.

Take care of your face and enjoy the rest of the week.

Xoxo Emma
