New fit thing to do for me, a 28-day plank challenge. I plank a lot only I don’t change my limit so this challenge will help me.
I need to find more things to improve and one of those things is planking. Planking is very good for you and you train many muscles in your body.
Reasons to plank
1.It is very easy to plank in the basic plank position.
2.You don’t need anything and you can do it at home.
3.You can plank whenever you want.
4.It helps to prevent injuries.
5.You train kind of your whole body.
6.You can do many variations.
My reason to plank
I used to have a really weak core and planking will help you make your core stability better. When my physio told me this I started planking in my fitness routine and I have to say it really helps me. It can be hard but when I am finished it feels really nice. Nothing is wrong with sweat, it proves that you worked hard enough.
For this challenge, I will do the normal one this month, but maybe later I will do a harder one. I am curious what it will do to my body when I plank my way through this challenge.
