26 benefits of using wheatgrass

Hi girls, it’s time to share the benefits of the superfood wheat grass. I am really interested in superfoods and what it does with your body. People told me that wheatgrass was equal to 800 to 900 grams of veggies and fruit. For me that sounded like a superfood I had to try. A review of it follows up later.

The benefits of wheatgrass:

  1. Contains really really really much vitamin A, C, D, K and B complex;
  2. Contains vitamin B17, which fight cancer cells without damaging the good cells;
  3. Contains Calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, and potassium in a balanced ratio;
  4. Contains 92 out of 102 minerals that plants have;
  5. Helps with the removal of waste out of your body;
  6. Purifies blood and organs (even the liver after a night out);
  7. Fights against toxins in your body;
  8. Fight against blood sugar issues;
  9. Helps with constipation;
  10. Increases the resistance against radiation;
  11. Work disinfecting by killing unfriendly bacteria in your blood, lymph, and tissues;
  12. Contains all the necessary amino acids;
  13. Contains high amount of enzymes;
  14. Get heavy metals out of your body (okay I admit this sounds crazy);
  15. Can reduce tooth decay;
  16. Helps against skin issues like eczema and psoriasis;
